\\SET TIMES

The timetable for live performances will be announced closer to the show. Day ticket holders must leave the premises by gate closing times: Friday 9:30pm, Saturday 6pm, Sunday 5pm.

 

 

\\TICKETING

When purchasing online tickets, you will receive confirmation of your booking through an email. You will then need to show this confirmation at the gate so we can issue you the correct wristband. This can be printed or shown to us on an electronic device, i.e. phone/tablet etc. Day ticket holders only available on Saturday and Sunday and must leave the premises by gate closing times. You will be issued wristbands that will be colour coded and all wristbands must be worn all weekend and no refunds will be offered if lost. You can purchase weekend camping tickets when you get to the festival. Day tickets can only be purchased on the gate for Saturday and Sunday.

Weekend Camping Tickets (Online): 1x Weekend Pass = £35.00 & 1x Camping Pitch = £10.00

The theme for the fancy dress on Saturday 21st September is TO BE CONFIRMED.

FYI: Not compulsory, but fun and easy to be a part of!

\\VW CLUB CAMPING
There will be designated areas for club camping. If your club is coming en-masse to the show with more than 10 camping pitches, club camping tickets need to be purchased prior to the show. We need to plan out the areas so club camping tickets cannot be purchased on gate. This applies to any group of more than 10 vans / tents coming to the show. You need to let us know your club or give your group a name so you can select your group's club camping ticket. So if you want to guarantee that you are camping with all your mates, please get in touch with us!

\\TENTS

Tents are always allowed at Retro Dub Suffolk VW Festival. Simply purchase weekend camping tickets on the ticket page.

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Bring whatever you want as long as it's in a plastic bottle. Booze is available on site at the beer-tents. No glass on site! 18+.

​

\\ELECTRIC HOOK UP

Electric hook up is not available on site.

​

​

\\SHOWERS

Brick-built showers are available on site (FREE OF CHARGE).

\\TRADE PITCHES

If you would like to have a trade pitch this year, contact us first! Once confirmed with us you can then buy the trade pitch through our trader section. Traders can arrive at the venue any time after 9am on Thursday 19th September 2024.

 

 

\\AUTO JUMBLE

The auto jumble is free this year! Just let us know if you would like to have an auto jumble pitch.

 

 

\\SHOW AND SHINE

The show and shine is on Sunday 22nd September 2024. There is no need to prebook. Winners of the respected categories will receive awards and have their vehicle's picture displayed on our website. Click here for more info.

\\CAMPING PITCHES

Camping pitches are 7m x 6m and MUST be purchased in addition to the weekend pass. If you will be bringing a caravan / motorhome/ a tent exceeding these dimensions, you will be camping in a separate location on site, slightly further away from the main attractions.

 

 

\\DISABLED CAMPING

This will be positioned alongside the main road through the event, allowing the easiest access to all facilities. Please have your blue badge on display. For specific circumstances, please contact us so we can cater to your requirements.

\\DOGS

Dogs are welcome on the site on leads. To ensure the site's cleanliness, please make sure to clean up after them!

 

 

\\BBQs

BBQs and fire pits are permitted. No bonfires please and disposable BBQs must be off the ground. Please bring some bricks with you if you are using a disposable BBQ to prevent burnt patches in the grass.  

 

 

\\ON SITE DRIVING

All vehicles on site must adhere to 5mph. No moving of vehicles at night and drink driving laws must be observed.

 

 

\\MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

First aiders will be present over the whole weekend. All exits and access points must be kept clear for emergency services.

 

 

\\GENERAL

All music must be switched OFF by 23:00 every night in general and club camping and all music in the quiet camping area to be turned OFF by 22:00. Respect other people privacy. Please keep valuables locked in your vehicle or on your person, you are responsible for your own possessions. Your children are your responsibility also. Pedal cycles only on site, except mobility scooters. Stewards will be always be on site. Fireworks and Chinese lanterns are banned. These rules and regulations add-to the existing rules and regulations as published by Trinity Park.

 

Retro Dub Suffolk reserve the right to apply these rules and regulations as they see fit and to make changes to them to reflect any changes in the event itself.
