\\SET TIMES

The timetable for live performances will be announced later. Day ticket holders must leave the premises by gate closing times: Saturday 6pm, Sunday 5pm. Friday day tickets are not available. If arriving on Friday for camping, please arrive by 9.30pm.

\\FRIDAY ENTRY TIMES

To make entry to the show on Friday more streamlined, prepaid ticket holders can arrive from 12 noon, but if you are paying at the gate then please arrive at 2pm, no exceptions.

\\TICKETING

When purchasing online tickets, you will receive confirmation of your booking through an email. You will then need to show this confirmation at the gate so we can issue you the correct wristband. This can be printed or shown to us on an electronic device, i.e. phone/tablet etc. You will be issued wristbands that will be colour coded and all wristbands must be worn all weekend and no refunds will be offered if lost. You can purchase weekend camping tickets when you get to the festival. Day tickets can only be purchased on the gate for Saturday and Sunday. Buy tickets here.

\\VW CLUB CAMPING
Club camping is available for groups with more than 10 pitches. To make the booking process easier, we’ve updated how club camping works. Individual clubs will no longer appear as tickets. Instead, everyone should simply purchase a general camping ticket when buying their tickets, along with their camping pitch(es). A representative from each club should then email: retrodubclubcamping@gmail.com with the club name, the number of pitches booked, and the names the pitches were booked under, closer to the date of the show.

\\TENTS

Tents are always allowed at Retro Dub Suffolk VW Festival. Simply purchase weekend camping tickets on the ticket page.

\\THEME

The theme for the fancy dress on Saturday 26th September is TBC!

FYI: Not compulsory, but fun and easy to be a part of!

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Bring whatever you want as long as it's in a plastic bottle. Alcohol is available at the bar. No glass on site! 18+.

\\ELECTRIC HOOK UP

Electric hook up is NOT available on site.

\\SHOWERS

Brick-built showers are available on site (FREE OF CHARGE).

\\TRADE PITCHES

If you would like to have a trade pitch this year, check out our trader section. Note that we are full for food vendors.

 

 

\\AUTO JUMBLE PITCH

Auto jumble pitches are FREE this year! Just let us know if you would like to have an auto jumble pitch.

 

 

\\SHOW AND SHINE

The show and shine is on Sunday 27th September 2026. There is no need to prebook. Winners of the respected categories will receive awards and have their vehicle's picture displayed on our website. Click here for more info.

\\CAMPING PITCHES

Camping pitches measure a maximum of 7m x 6m and can accommodate one campervan with an awning, a tent, or a small caravan. If your setup won’t fit within these dimensions, please purchase an additional pitch. NOTE: Please leave enough room for emergency vehicle access between pitches.

 

 

\\DISABLED CAMPING

This will be positioned alongside the main road through the event, allowing the easiest access to all facilities. Please have your blue badge on display. For specific circumstances, please contact us so we can cater to your requirements.

\\DOGS

Dogs are welcome on the site on leads. Please do not bring dogs into music tents. Please keep dogs secure at night time. To ensure the site's cleanliness, please make sure to clean up after them!

 

 

\\BBQs

BBQs and fire pits are permitted. No bonfires please and disposable BBQs must be off the ground. Please bring some bricks with you if you are using a disposable BBQ to prevent burnt patches in the grass.  

 

 

\\ON SITE DRIVING

All vehicles on site must adhere to 5mph. No moving of vehicles at night and drink driving laws must be observed. This applies to E-Scooters as well.
 

 

\\MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

First aiders will be present over the whole weekend. All exits and access points must be kept clear for emergency services.

 

 

\\GENERAL

All music must be switched OFF by 23:00 every night in general and club camping and all music in the quiet camping area to be turned OFF by 22:00. Respect other people privacy. Please keep valuables locked in your vehicle or on your person, you are responsible for your own possessions. Your children are your responsibility also. Pedal cycles only on site, except mobility scooters. Stewards will be always be on site. Fireworks and Chinese lanterns are banned. These rules and regulations add-to the existing rules and regulations as published by Trinity Park.

 

Retro Dub Suffolk reserve the right to apply these rules and regulations as they see fit and to make changes to them to reflect any changes in the event itself.
