NOTE: ALL FOOD TRADERS HAVE BEEN ARRANGED FOR THIS YEAR

PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE IF YOU ARE A FOOD TRADER

You will need to contact us in order to be approved to trade at Retro Dub Suffolk 2024.

A booking form can be downloaded from below and this must be returned to us by email.

Once we have emailed you back confirming your place, simply book your required pitch.

FAQS:

All trade and auto jumble pitches include 1 weekend ticket - kids under 16 enter for free.

Please purchase an additional staff/adult pass per additional member helping on your pitch.
**NOTE: MAXIMUM OF 2 ADDITIONAL PASSES PER TRADE PITCH**

Once booked, you will receive an email confirming your order, which must be shown at the gate.

Traders must be set up and ready to trade by gate opening times - Fri: 12 noon, Sat & Sun: 9am.

Traders can arrive at the venue any time after 9am on Thursday 19th September 2024.

If you do not contact us before booking a trade pitch, you will be refunded!
